Enjoy panoramic scenic river views at this sun filled corner unit townhome. Views from the rear directly face the NASA vehicle assembly building with amazing views of the many space launches from a wrap around balcony! Gorgeous sunrises, and up close river views from multiple balconies or the huge covered screened in porch on lowest level with it's own fireplace and bar area. Lots of nearby restaurants! Playalinda Beach is a 22 minute drive and the Cape Canaveral Birding Trail is 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a 15 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is also nearby and Disney theme parks are exactly a one hour drive! There is a kayak rental business just two addresses north. The inside of this townhouse features a beamed ceiling great room with huge windows and an 85" big screen TV. All four bathrooms have just been remodeled. There is a large front room with a brand new pool table. The townhome has over 3500 sq. ft. for you to spread out and enjoy! There is also parking for up to four vehicles.

Amazing views over the water

This was an amazing property for our family for the week we were down. The house itself was beautiful. Spacious bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. I think the best part of the home for our family was the back balcony. From the morning sunrises, the moon over the water at night and getting to see two SpaceX shuttles launch. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and would love to come back down sometime.

It was so wonderful

Let me start with the view, it was just amazing and a great joy to wake up to. The owner was so helpful and friendly. She communicated so quickly and was informative about local activities such as the shuttle launches at Kennedy Space Center. I will definitely staying here again and I’ll be telling all friends to stay here to.

Family Day at Kennedy Space Center

Our son is an intern at Kennedy Space Center Engineering and we came for family day. The accommodations were phenomenal! Perfect location to watch a SpaceX launch. Easy access to the space center. We had a terrific experience and hope that we can do this again! Thanks for everything Suzanne!

Why they chose this property

We love this property as it sits close to all the action! The Indian River view is amazing and this townhome is directly on the river across from launch pad 39 where all the launches take place on Cape Canaveral. Locally there are Bioluminescent canoe tours, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, restaurants, zoos, museums, Kennedy Space Center, Titusville Playhouse, golf courses and much more! You are less than an hour to downtown Orlando and all it has to offer, and one hour to the theme parks. You can drive to Cocoa Beach south of you, or Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park and Playalinda Beaches to the north. Or just relax right at home in this luxurious and spacious townhome with balconies and porches to take advantage of the veiws of wildlife birds, dolphins etc.

What makes this property unique

This property is centrally located along the east coast. It is like having your own private Tuscan Villa! Sitting right on the Indian River directly across from the launch pads for amazing views of all launches. You are near many wonderful restaurants, shops, a playhouse, and can rent kayaks or paddle boards two doors down. It's near air boat rides, the Brevard zoo, and is a short drive to all the theme parks and water parks. Located 15 minutes form Cape Canaveral state park which is a huge destination for bird watchers and has walking trails too, its a short 22 minutes to Playalinda Beach areas. There are multiple museums, including the Valiant Air Command Warbird World War II museum at Space Coast Regional Ariport which is only a 7 minute drive. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a 15 minute drive as is the Blue Origin buildings.
