We stayed for about 6 weeks and very much enjoyed our stay. Ct lives across the street and was available to answer questions and take care of any problems. This area is perfect for us with a nearby bike path and wonderful beaches. Ct also tried to help me with auto problems.We have no complaints.

The Launch Pad Met Expectations

Very clean, good utilitarian space in a very convenient location. Owner was exceptionally nice. We were able to go on various short trips to the refuges and wildlife areas, restaurants and stores. Will return again.

Family Reunion

Was a place to sleep for other events .with family. The owner across the street was very helpful with a gas leak that got fixed immediately and was good to go the next day

Very Responsive and Helpful Hosts!

We had a lovely stay for three nights while we took our family to a wedding. The house was clean and pleasant. Our hosts were very responsive when we needed alittle extra cleaning around the pool and took care of it right away. I recommend this home!

Great Location with Attentive Owner

Easy to see launches from the front yard. Central location with a short drive (30 min) to Kennedy Space Center Pool was very nice. Owners were very responsive to two small issues/questions, even providing excellent recommendations for dining and things to see in the area.

A perfect stay

The house was very nice, tidy, well-equipped. The kids loved the Pool entirely protected from Moskitos which is perfect! The owner is very friendly, helpful and responsive. We can definitely recommend the place!

Low key and easy family getaway

The LaunchPad is in a great location for day trips to all major attractions in the area. The neighborhood is quiet. Garage parking is nice. Family of 6 was very comfortable staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the launch pad. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and clean and modern decor. Well stocked with everything we could ever need and comfortable. Close to beautiful quiet beaches and lots of wildlife to see. We were lucky enough to see a space X rocket launch which was amazing. Would definitely stay again and will recommend. We love the launch pad!

Nice house but could have used a good cleaning

House was as pictured. Property manager was not real prompt with responses. Floor was very dirty and had to wash feet if going barefoot. Ran out of toilet paper even after requesting more on two separate occasions. Hot tub was cold. Overall, the house served its purpose but for the price could have been cleaner.

Family Visit

We visited family in the area so this was a great base of operations for us to coordinate all of our activities. The listing says hot tub but that was not working, it was the same temperature as the pool. Overall it was a great value and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very Clean and Compfortable

Our stay was really comfortable. The house is very clean and functional. We love to be outside and if you want to do this in Florida, it requires an outdoor screen. The outdoor screen on this house is nice and worked out perfectly.

Fishing Trip from Launch Pad

Great location for base of operations for 1 week fishing trip. Property was very clean and perfectly functional for our needs. THe pool was a great place to relax and cool down after a day of fishing.

Cute house, but it needs upgraded

Pros: -the house is cute -the beds are comfy -the pool is lovely Cons: -the owner is very hands on, he stops by every day to clean the pool. He seems very nice, but the ideal amount of interaction with an owner for me is none. We saw him every day of our vacation. -the house is kind of shabby and needing upgrade. The concrete around the pool is rough and crumbling. The plumbing is old, and we had a backing up issue during our stay. (Which the owner did fix promptly)The AC struggles to meet demand in the middle of a very hot day. And the pool pump needs manually flipped on every day. If some of the systems were upgraded, and the house didn't require so much attention from the owner it would have been a perfect vacation spot.

Great space for Space-Coast vacation!

We stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. The house was very clean with charming decor and very comfy beds. The pool area is a bit old and could use an update, but was otherwise a welcome amenity on hot days. The immediate area is not touristy at all and has a sort of quiet, blue-collar, small-town feel to it. There is a grocery store complex within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and shops just a short drive away. With its proximity to Kennedy Space Center, Plyalinda Beach, and Port Canaveral, this property is a great choice for a Space-Coast vacation, but it may not make the best base of operations for Orlando attractions as the hour-long drive home at night can be a bit brutal after a long day of trudging through a theme park. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Best week.

The owner lives on the street and was VERY helpful with finding all the right places to go. We arrived just a couple of hours before Falcon Heavy launched, and the owner told us the best place to watch from. While we were waiting at the bridge for the launch we got to watch dolphins playing in front of us. Before our arrivial the area had had several days of bad weather. This with cooler then usual temps made the pool colder than it normally is, but the boys enjoyed it several times while we were there. I dont want to make this to long but just want to convay that this was one of the easiest and best vacations we have had. Thanks CT

Great For All Ages

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. 7 of us (aged 12, 12, 14, and 4 adults) shared the house and all fit comfortably. The house was very clean with many personal touches throughout to make us feel welcomed and like we were on vacation. Easy check-in process and a binder with suggested restaurants, emergency numbers, checkout procedures, etc ensured we had all the info we needed. The kitchen is spacious and has all the dishes and gadgets needed to cook any meal. The kids enjoyed the pool and the grown-ups enjoyed the patio table out back under the lights. Owner stopped by to check in and was so kind ensuring we had all we needed. We will definitely stay here if we are ever down this way again.
