We did not see the host. The place was clean. Being a former innkeeper I am very picky and I do have some suggestions for owner. Nightlights in the bathrooms, longer pull chain on the fan over the couch, check the couch it feels broken or unstable in the middle, indoor antennas for the tvs.

Your suggestions are great for us to work into our upgrades and notes about the couch are something we will check into immediately to ensure safety for all guests.

2nd time using VRBO. The host was responsive and the property was very clean.Perfect for a short stay like I did. For longer stays, choose a property with more kitchen supplies and cooking tools. No outdoor cooking (grill) at this house. But I understand liability/safety concerns.The location is a dream for easy access to US95 or US1. Close to beaches and Kennedy Space Center. Food, gas, banking, groceries all very close by!!Cruise terminals are only 30 minutes away.Large table for cards/games with family came in handy. Definitely great and would not hesitate to book again.
