Weekend Retreat

My family came down for the weekend to visit my son that stationed in the Military close by. The house was spacious, the kitchen was stocked with everything that you can think of, and the pool was just what we all needed. This will be my go to in the future when we come back to visit. The owner with quick to reply and easy to communicate with.

I stayed at this house during bike week. The house was exactly as described and the owners were very easy to deal with. The communication with them was amazing. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighbors were very friendly. The pool was well taken care of, however it was a bit too cold for us to use it during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants close by.

Great house for a getaway, unfair property managers.

The home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Check-out was difficult because the home was double booked and they gave us an hour to get out of the home. They took our security deposit for the home not being spotless when we left even though they gave us only one hour to leave the home. Likely would not rent again for this reason. Very unfair.

Again, I’m sorry you’re upset about how things went after your stay. We only want to give everyone the same experience when staying with us. Checkout is at 11am.. your party must have been good, as you forgot what day your check out was... Nonetheless, we did give you extra time to vacate the property. So after that time passed and we finally got to see the mess left behind....Unfortunately for you this time, the house must be cleaned to the standard as it was before your stay. Which means there a certain unspoken respect of the cleanliness of your time with us. Your party was very disrespectful to the property and all the items at hand. You not only left late but with permanent damages and a substantial cleaning still to be done. This is not a rental you can just trash and not expect to lose your deposit. We have had many wonderful guests who leave the house perfect. Your party was not one of them unfortunately for us both. And I promise this cost me more then your 250.

My party of 7 was looking for a place to spend the night before finishing our trip to Ft Lauderdale. There was plenty of room and the younger kids loved the putting green in the sunroom. Close enough to the interstate and restaurants. Cheaper than 2 hotel rooms and way more room. Thanks!

The house was exactly as pictured and the coral reefs was very beautiful. It was to cool to get in the pool but next time we'll reserve when it's warmer out. A couple of our daughters friends stopped by and they really enjoyed looking and taking pics of the reefs. We all enjoyed our time and will definitely being back next year. Overall we would recommend this to everyone.

Best getaway in Titusville

The home was spotless and had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the layout of the house it was very spacious and nicely decorated and equipped. We have rented several homes in Titusville but this one is by far the best. We usually visit Titusville once a year, but staying at the oasis makes us want to visit more often.
