Canceled on me day before my trip terrible owner. Does not need to be able to rent out. I had to find a place night before my trip.

HORRIBLE

This was the most HORRIBLE experience. I tried to contact the owner 2 days before our trip, on which I got no response. I called VRBO and was told the owner would call me. He did not message me until I was already 4 hours away from home, to let me know that he had to cancel my stay due to a roof leak. Which left my family with no where to stay. VRBO put us i nthe most nasty hotel with no elevator in which my mother needed and VRBO was told this. We were put on the 2nd floor which ment we had to go up stairs. There was not a working fridge or freezer in which I lost all of my food that we brought with us. The room smelled like smoke and the pool was closed. They were doing construction right outside our room. And to top it off the hotels outside crew blew black mud all over my white jeep, so bad that I had to use the wipes to be able to see out the windshield.They didn't offer breakfast we had to pay $10 per person for breakfast. Then I never got a call back or email until the 2 days was up in the hotel and we had to check out from VRBO. I had to pay for yet another hotel to stay at out of my pocket. My money from the rental was not refunded for 4 days. All of this required me to have to spend more money out of my pocket. Trying to actually talk with someone at VRBO is a complete joke. They all read from a script with no help. Our family vacation was completely ruined and had to be cut short due to this all.

Great location

The building is great. Fitness center is first class. Computer area is efficient with a great coffee machine. Parking is good. Location is terrific - in the heart of Buckhead. Apartment is as described with a terrific view.
