The house was great! A lot of bedrooms. Friends and I stayed for MDW. The street was nice and close to everything. Would stay here again! Spacious house

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location cannot be beat - just a few blocks from the boardwalk and right near Antony's Grub which was delicous. The first floor unit had a lot of nice touches like kids books, games, and kids rocking chairs that our 2 boys loved. It was spacious and well maintained. Thank you!

Great place and location

This is a nice property. We rented both units for our large group. My 70 yr old mother was really pleased there was an unadvertised elevator to the 2nd floor unit. That was a lifesaver for her. We had a small problem and the dmvr people were very heplful and responsive. We would definitely book again. Close to boardwalk, nice neighborhood plenty of space

Great family location

We rented both the upper and lower apartments which gave us 2 kitchens and plenty of bedrooms. The location is fabulous. The house is just a few steps from the beach and if you don't want to walk, for $10 you can drive your car up and park almost on the beach! Plus there are plenty of walkable amenities in the area. A really nice perk is that there are 6 (not 5 like the description says) parking spaces off the street when you rent both apartments. The apartments are not big but well laid out for groups and well appointed. Both have huge comfy sectional sofas that easily accommodated our whole group for movie night. Check in was easy and completely remote. Communication with the property managers was prompt and helpful. We had a few mechanical issues when we first checked in and the technicians responded promptly and resolved the issues. Everyone in our group agreed that Wildwood beach was a real find.

The location of this property is nice and convenient, as is the layout- it worked perfectly for our extended family. There is potential for it to be great if were cleaned and kept up with more. Since you pay a cleaning fee, you would assume that the units were thoroughly cleaned prior to arriving. However, this did not appear to be the case. We found the kitchen floors & counters to be sticky, some of the bathrooms had hair on the shower walls. We found crumbs on the floor and multiple items under the bed- pistachio shells, popcorn kernels, a piece of granola bar, crumbled tissue. There were tiny flying bugs coming out of the sink drains in the kitchens & dishwasher which was incredibly annoying. We had to keep plates over the drain to prevent them from flying around. I reached out about this and got no response. Either these units were not cleaned prior to our arrival, or they need to get a new cleaning service. The listing notes they do not provide linens or towels (less than ideal, but okay), then after you book, they also tell you they don’t provide paper products or trash bags. That felt a bit ridiculous. The noted elevator was locked- We reached out to ask how to use it - did not get a response. Lastly, the garage door was not working properly since our car got stuck in it for 45 mins when we were trying to leave. Unnecessary stress at the conclusion of our trip.

Good Property & Location - needs cleaning

frankly speaking, the overall cleanliness of both of these units is not up to standards —and one chair was broken when we attempted to sit on it. I attached some photos of the obvious problems. Various window blinds are bent or broken. All the ceiling vents in both units, and in all rooms, are caked with dust - disgusting. The shower curtain smells musty and is very dirty along the edges. The mattress covers are stained and covered with excess dirt - we could not sleep in this specific - (upstairs unit) bed. The chair on the left had broken legs that buckled when we tried to sit on it. Looks like a previous renter broke it and delicately set it back in place?? The coffee maker in the upstairs unit speaks for itself!! And the existing bath mats in both hallway bathrooms are saturated with dirt and have not been washed or cleaned for a long time. For just a bit more cleaning effort, this could be a superior rental property, but the cleaning ritual for these units in not acceptable. The washer/dryer rooms are also littered with brooms, mops and cleaning materials. Just wanted you to know.

Disappointed

Location was great, the description IS NOT at all what was on the listing . We planned for months and looked at several houses and picked this one because of the bed set up , until we got there. After driving 20 hours . The pictures of the house and description were not what we got . There was supposed to be a bunk bed room with a trindel underneath and that was not the case. Which screws up all the sleeping arrangements. Not to mention the couch was also supposed to be a pull out bed and it was a different house. The bottom house was cute and charming neither of the houses had items so we were constantly running back and forth between the two to get what we needed such as the toaster , the upstairs sinks were slow. They did have someone come out and fix them so that was nice but overall it was very disappointing and extremely frustrating. Thank hod we brought an air mattress. The master bed upstairs was god awful. We thought it was a blow mattress . Just very again like I said disappointed.
