Comfortable. Nice balcony

There were no reviews of this property when we rented it for a month, so I will give some details. This is a very roomy quiet end unit with nice gulf views. A few trees obstruct a good view of the pool to the east, but the large deck gives plenty of beach and sunset viewing and an option of where to sit if you want to get out of the wind or sun. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cookware, baking sheets, sharp knives, mixing bowls, pitchers, and glassware. The coffee pot is a drip style only. The beds in the primary and second bedrooms were comfortable for us as were the pillows, but there were no blankets supplied. The closets are large with a nice supply of hangers. There is a stand oscillating fan available. The second bedroom has a deep jetted tub/shower. There are no safety/grab bars installed in any of the showers/tubs. I was in fear of falling every time I got in or out of that deep tub and even moving around as the floor of the tub got slick with soap. This is a serious hazard that needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt. Sliding doors open from the master and second bedroom onto the balcony, but one will have to have a lot of muscle to open the one in the second bedroom. Two of the three sliding doors in the den that go onto the balcony will not open at all. There are six sling chairs on the balcony and a small end table. This is not an "updated" unit, but was clean and comfortable for us and should be fine for anyone unless you are looking for luxury.
