Guest access
The entire space is yours to enjoy, with keyless guest entry for a smooth check in, both afternoon and night! Please, make yourself at home!

Note: a second private entrance is located at the back of the master bedroom for your convenience.

We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and that the pool will remain clean during your stay. ($500 fine for removal.)

Other things to note
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Due to a new city ordinance, ALL reservations will go through a verification process

*Electric Pool Heater included in the price, weather permitting
*The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis
*Security cameras are installed at the front door, carport and backyard pool area with 24hr audio and video recording
*Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool
*There is no lifeguard on duty

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.


POLICIES

*NO SMOKING OR VAPING-- absolutely prohibited indoors ($500 fine) and only allowed in the backyard when 10+ ft away from any interior door.
*NO DRUGS of any kind
*NO EVENTS- - no large parties, weddings or gatherings with outside guests are allowed on the property. Our neighbors will let us know if this is not respected.
*NO ANIMALS-- Unfortunately, this home is not suitable for animals and our cleaners are not tasked with cleaning up after hosting animals.
*Exceeding the number of guests on the signed agreement is not allowed
*NO eating in bedrooms
*NO signs or decorations of any kind are to be posted/taped on the front exterior of the home or inside the interior of the home.
*NO glitter and NO confetti allowed ($250 fine)
*Commercial vehicles, buses and food trucks are strictly prohibited from parking on site or parking at the home.
*Please Do NOT touch pool equipment. $500 fee for removal or tampering with pool equipment.

City of Scottsdale does not issue warnings for excessive noise and will ticket you $1000 minimum if they are called to the premise.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to city-imposed fines, which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and guests can be removed from the property due to negligence.

~ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

Note: The Check-in and Check-out times are strict. Our housekeeping team is on a tight schedule and needs full access to the property at/or before check-out time, so there is ample time to get the home ready for our next guests.

If you leave the home between 10am and 11am,
without prior written approval, you will be charged $75 automatically. If you leave the house after 12pm without prior approval, you will be charged an additional night at the current rate shown on the calendar.

Abide by all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances affecting the Premises, including, without limitation to, the use or possession of illegal drugs and substances.

These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a legally binding to these Terms and Conditions you are acknowledging that you understand and accept all of the provisions contained herein and in the signed rental agreement.

Please Note:
*Our Pool has an electric heater and can be heated to a MAX of 15° higher than the outside air temperature (weather permitting)
*The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis

Pool Rules:
NO DIVING
NO GLASS
NO Lifeguard on Duty

All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 21 at all times. All guests acknowledge that they will not leave children unattended on the property, especially the pool area.
