Open concept for the 2 living rooms and backyard, while each bedroom has its own bathroom and is very private. The ideal layout for a short term rental. The home is enough fun with flat screen TVs in every room, and lots of games/lights by the heated pool; so you never have to leave. But, if you do decide to venture out - Old Town Scottsdale is a short walk right next door!

Door code on the left side of the house that enters into the garage. Do not use the front door because there is no electronic door lock for entry.

This is a new built home in an established neighborhood. The best of both worlds. So you have the comfort of new home amenities like plumbing/electrical/appliances while also enjoying the mature landscaping and grandfathered watering rights of an older neighborhood. No HOA. There is no closer neighborhood to Old Town Scottsdale, which is the center of Scottsdale's best shopping, dinning, and night life!

Walk, Rent a Scooter or Bike off the street, Uber, or park in the driveway/garage. We have every option to get around Scottsdale from our property.

-Pool heating to 82 degrees is optional and can be added to the reservation at anytime. Message the host to request pool heating and to arrange payment
-If we have to collect payment directly, we may ask for an ID and lease form to be signed to prevent fraudulent reservations.
If the police are called due to partying or excessive noise and issue a citation, that amount will be debited from your security deposit.
