An updated & sunny studio fulfills all your basic needs allowing you to have a relaxing and cozy stay. We are located next to the vibrant Temescal and prestigious Rockridge areas. Hospitals are within walking distance for the medical professional or traveler visiting a patient. There are many famous and delicious restaurants within a five-minute drive. Tourists, solo or business travelers, couples, and furry friends will love it here! Due to COVID-19, we are wiping all surfaces down with Clorox.

Wifi - Enjoy free wifi
(Wifi may be shared with other units. Please note that only the internet provider can ensure that wifi will be up all the time. Please be advised That the ACTUAL SPEED/Connection that a guest might experience while using the Internet depends upon a variety of conditions, many of which are beyond our control.)

Lock Box Check-In - 4 PM to 10 PM, Checkout at 11 AM. There is a late check-out penalty of $50 each hour. If the late check-out extends into the next reservation, you will have to pay the full reservation amount. Please book the day before if you would like early check-in.

Pets: We would love to see your furry friend! Our studio is pet-friendly with an additional $100 non- refundable pet fee.

Parking: Please park on the street. Permit-free parking is available for all guests on the street.

Laundry: While there is no laundry on-site, laundry is a short 3-minute drive away.

If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans.

If you believe there is any chance you might not be able to make your trip, Travel Insurance should always be considered, unless you have other protection in place. As hosts, we are not travel insurance providers and unfortunately cannot protect your travel plans from unexpected circumstances.
