The host Michael was very attentive and helpful. The house had all we needed and walking distance to shops and food. Would highly recommend staying here!
The home is just a shirt walk fro the center of historic Leesburg, yet quiet ans secluded when you are there. Beautifully decorated and with every feature you could want. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. High quality up to date appliances. Heat/AC works great. We really enoyed the patio and firepit in the fenced backyard. We hope to stay here again in the future for travels to Loudoun. The owner is very response and accessible.
The house was simply perfect for our stay. All you can ask for. Our daughter’s wedding was near by and wanted to explore downtown Leesburg as well. Everything was walkable and so many places to explore. Michael the host was amazing and hospitality 5 stars!!! We will definitely book again when in the area.
Came to Leesburg for a family wedding. Great location - walking distance to downtown historic Leesburg. Property was perfect three adults - especially with three bathrooms and comfortable living room.

I want to thank Michael for the early check in and working with us on that. Great communication. Great house. Great location. Our issue was the house was not cleaned - there was an empty soap wrapper and a razor cap on the floor of the bathroom. Hair in drain and sinks. Mold on caulking in all bathrooms. Dirty towels hanging in closets. We told Michael the house wasn’t clean and he wanted to come in with all our things there and tidy up. We paid 150 for cleaning that wasn’t done. I really don’t think that’s fair.
We just completed a lovely stay in Leesburg. The location is great-near bike trails, near great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable which is a big deal for me. We can't wait to return!
Our stay was incredible. The location is so close to downtown and lots of great restaurants. Beds & couch were so comfortable. Three full baths were nice to have.
In town for family wedding and this location was perfect. Easy access to Birkby House venue, pubs and cafes. Loved strolling and enjoying buildings from the late 1700’s. Quiet neighborhood.
The house is nicer than pictured, well maintained and stocked. Spotlessly clean, a short walk to restaurants. If you are staying in Leesburg or Loudoun County no reason to stay anywhere else.
We will for sure stay here again! Great location and friendly people. The house was updated and had everything we needed.
House was very clean and beds were comfortable.
Our favorite place to eat was Fireworks Pizza. Highly recommend if you stay at this property.
My sister, best friend and I went to Virginia for my 40th birthday and loved the historic charmer house. Very clean. The host thinks of everything. Perfect for 3 girls because we each had our own bathroom and bedroom. Highly recommend.

Leesburg Stay-Wine Trip
The house is in a great location. Just a few minor issues that need to be corrected for future tenants.
There was no mention in the stairs via a photo; because the stairs are very dangerous, there’s no railing in the top steps and someone can easily fall down. The rubber runners on the stairs were not properly tacked down, and we were tripping on them. Very dangerous.
Some lamps had no light bulbs in them. The kitchen lights over the island didn’t work. The one bedroom didn’t have a lamp that worked , and the wall outlets didn’t work as well.
There were ants on the kitchen counter , coming out of the wall. There were ants in the guest bathroom, and we kept hearing scratching in the wall on the stairway.
Other than that, if theses issues were corrected for the next guests, this would be a very comfortable stay.
This home was near perfect for the 5 of us in town for a wedding at nearby Birkby House. It was in walking distance to the venue, which couldn't have been better, and also walking distance to some great local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. All of the upstairs bedrooms worked well for our group - two couples and one single - all capable of using the steep, old staircase, but this would have been difficult for others I know. The three full bathrooms were all well updated and appreciated when it came time to get ready for the big event. While we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it had also been nicely updated while still maintaining the charm of this historic home. Another thing we didn't use this trip, but would have appreciated had we stayed longer was the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as a clothes steamer. I think everything we could have needed was provided in this home. The only reason I dropped a star in some categories was the strong smoke smell. There was an excellent air purifier downstairs near the old fireplace and chimney, but one of our party is sensitive to smells and noticed it the minute she walked in the front door even though the air purifier had presumably been on for awhile before our arrival, and definitely was on the couple of hours before she arrived. All in all it was a great stay and I'd book it again if our family member with the sensitive nose weren't part of our travel group.
We stayed at this property during our annual visit to Leesburg. We enjoy the downtown area (easy to walk) and catching an Uber to the local vineyards! House was perfect for our group of 5. Majority of our time at the house was spent sleeping, but we all felt comfortable and had enough space. Three bathrooms were great!
Excellent location with several restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and checkout process was easy - we didn’t have to do any extra work like stripping bed or starting the dishwasher/washer. The washer and dryer were awesome-we wanted to take them home!
Cute place, well cared for and a great location. Walking distance to good restaurants.
