Welcome to the MIA Paraiso! This Newly Built Boho-inspired home is a three bedroom , 1400sq ft., with a very spacious backyard comfortably Accommodates 10 people.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, stove, granite counters, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware & flatware

STEP OUTSIDE: gas grill, dining area, games, cornhole, giant chess, hammock, hot tub, outdoor movie projector

GENERAL: linens/towels, A/C, laundry machine, trash bags, paper towels

PARKING: Driveway good for 4 vehicles and enough room for a boat or an RV

***Pets are allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets. Pet fee is $300 per pet per stay. (max 2 small dogs only)

Great location 5 to 7 from all major highways and stores like Publix and Walmart and also major visiting places within 20 mins drive. quite neighboorhood, great communication from the host.

Very nice house, fully set up kitchen. everything was very clean. We had 2 problems: the weather was pretty cold and the blankets provided were paper thin, we had to buy blankets. Also the pillows were very flat.We booked this house specifically for the hot tub as it was too cold for the beach or pool and the hot tub wasn't hot until day 2 of a 4 day stay. Owner was apologetic but said there was nothing to do. They should have warmed it up before the stay.

The house is very Cozy. The location is perfect if you want to be centralized in between miami and broward. Easy on and off the major highway.

A week in Miami

Enjoyed our stay. House is nicely renovated, relaxing. Enough room to have your own privacy. The only issue we had was the hot tub. It was dirty (owner reacted swiftly and apologetically. The tub was cleaned the next morning). Owners are friendly and responsive.

This property is exactly as it is listed. The entire home was immaculate. I’m am the type of person that doesn’t sleep well outside of home but this place was so clean it felt like my own home. The space was perfect! And omg the backyard was amazing. I have already recommended the property to friend. When I posted pictures people immediately asked where is this! If I ever need to rent locally I will search for this home, no doubt! The property owner responded to questions right away and were very kind! I wish I could rate a 10!

Great Location, Mixed ExperienceOur celebratory Miami trip was full of wonderful memories, and the rental home's location absolutely contributed to that—it was perfectly situated, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The interior was charming and well-decorated, setting a cute and cozy tone for our stay.That said, there were a few drawbacks worth noting. The advertised projector was missing a crucial adapter rendering it unusable, and despite reaching out to the host, the issue remained unresolved. The conversation ended with a generic message asking us to leave a five-star review on Instagram, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. We didn’t let it ruin the experience, but the lack of responsiveness was disappointing.The trash situation was especially frustrating—on day one, we had to take out an overflowing bin that clearly hadn't been emptied from the previous week. For a group arriving excited to celebrate, that unpleasant task felt unfair and a bit humbling.Comfort-wise, the beds, pillows and couch weren’t ideal, and the WiFi was very weak and kept lagging, both were tolerated for our short stay.All in all, the location and decor earned high marks, but some basic amenities and host support missed the mark. It’s a place with potential—hopefully, future guests enjoy a more attentive experience.
