Get the feel for Florida living in this fishing village apartment. Cozy living in this perfectly located 1 bedroom, 1 bath space. Behind Johns Pass with endless adventures waiting for you. Endless shops, restaurants and water sports! The apartment itself has an old Florida feel to it with a large shared back yard that overlooks the "mini marina" filled with fishing boats and wild life. Don't be surprised to see dolphin come by right off the docks! 5-7 minwalk to watch the intense beach sunset!

We have wonderful neighbors, so noise should be kept at a reasonable volume after 10pm and before 8am.

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted inside the building. Smoking inside will result in a $250 charge, per day of your booking.

For insurance reasons, all overnight guests must be on the booking. - The doors and windows should be locked any time you go out.

Cute, cozy and convenient apt/condo

You can't beat the location of this apt. Madeira Beach is all paid parking, so it was very nice to be able to walk to town, the beach, boardwalk and pier. The hosts communicated well. The apt was comfortable and well equipped. The hosts also provided some nice touches with snacks and beach equipment to use. Would definitely return.

This space has comfort in mind! What it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in convenience, comfort and is in the best location on the beach! Providing a relaxed Florida beach vibe, this apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests with its King bed, as well as a nice full size pull out couch. We will provide extra linens when bookings for more than 2 are made. This fun and casual beach apartment has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the bed is brand new and super comfortable. We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town! If you have more than one vehicle, please message us before booking so we can ensure arrangements can be made.

Although there are not water views from inside this space, you do have access to the back yard and dock area to enjoy the views. There are no shared spaces inside your unit.
