The condo was clean and located on a beautiful beach. Host was quick to answer any questions. Having an assigned parking spot was convenient although could walk across the street to John's Pass which has shops and restaurants. The small unit is as described.

The host and property manager were great to communicate with. The property was clean and well appointed. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants so close by. We were able to rideshare to/from the airport and then were 100% fine without a rental car because everything we needed was so close/walkable. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect! The view of the gulf from our room was the roof of the building in front of us, but it still provided a view of the Gulf. That was the only downfall. Other then that we enjoyed our syay!!

Nice Weekend Beach Couples Getaway

Staying on the beach can get quite pricey. This is a nice place to get away and not break the bank. Located right across the street from John's Pass Village where there's shops and dining.

You can’t beat this location. Right across the street from John’s Pass, right on the gulf beach. This was such a great location. There are some quirks with being this close to John’s Pass but you are also right on the beach and that made it so nice.

The picture of the beach view made it look like you were looking over a flat roof but the straight and sitting down view included what looked like big air conditioners or some kind of machinery. That being said, it was nice to be on the beach side and they had nice places to sit looking out at the beach including 4 shaded tables. Also, John’s Pass was right across the street with all of its many restaurants and stores including my favorite, Bubba Gump ( their crab stuffed shrimp is my favorite). There’s even a path under the bridge so you don’t have to cross the road. It’s very small as expected so much that it was difficult to find a place to put 2 large open suitcases and was not modern but was clean and comfortable. If you’re staying longer there’s a dresser and closet to hang things in so you could put both suitcases in the closet when they’re closed. The owner was also helpful with any questions. Two things to note: the door sticks so pull hard and there are a few stairs if you have problems carrying suitcases up and down stairs like we do. All in all it was a decent value for the money.

Location location location!

This place is perfect for a couple I would not recommend children as it’s quite small. My boyfriend and I came and stayed for the weekend for my birthday and it was perfect for just that! It’s located directly across from John’s Pass which was perfect for us and the beach is not forever away from the hotel like in other parts of this area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
