We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and shops. Residence is older but well maintained with necessary updates. Beach was uncrowded and groomed. Owner was readily available and welcoming.

We had an amazing time and experience at this het away Pir place was very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The location is beautiful, quiet, amd very relaxing. We even had a nice bottle of champagne waiting for is!

You might as well have your own private beach!

We stayed at SunGlow for a week. This was the most relaxing vacation! SunGlow is on the best stretch of beach. Mostly residential, sometimes we were the only people on the beach! Our condo was cute and clean! The staff and guests make you feel at home! We will be back!!

Relaxing stay

Location is awesome. Just steps from the beach and a couple blocks from the grocery store and restaurants. Everything you need for the beach is provided. No elevators or stairs, just park in front of your door and walk into your room. The owner even told me about some good seafood reastaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Madeira Beach.

We booked a last minute stay with Doc. We arrived early on our flight, and we were able to check in early. The location was amazing. It was so close to the beach where we caught many fish off the very private beach. Met a few great families who are regular visitors. We will be back!

Quaint and comfortable

This place was just right for us for our quick get-away while our kid is at camp. The beach is just a short walk down the "alley"/public access and very private. Loungers and an umbrella were easy access to take to the beach. We were very thankful for the affordable trolley for trips to John's Pass and other restaurants, as we didn't want to walk very far. Doc is a very gracious and helpful host. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us and allowed us to have a late check-out.

Second stay at Docs place

This property has everything you need for an awesome beach getaway. It is steps from a beautiful, well kept, almost private beach. If you are looking for a crowded beach, the public access to Madeira Beach is down the road a bit. Doc does an excellent job communicating with you and making you feel right at home. This was our second stay with Doc and we wouldn’t change anything about our stay. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, & bars are a short drive away. Docs place is a beach location that has been there for a little bit so it doesn’t have all the fancy bells and whistles. What it does have is everything you need to have a great relaxing beach getaway with a great owner. Thank you, Doc, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us again. We are looking forward to our next getaway there.

Close to beach

My husband and I had a lovely stay. We especially enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby as well. A bottle of Champagne was waiting for us on arrival. A couple of things that would be nice to add would be beach towels for guests and some way to access Netflix or other streaming platforms on the TVs.

Paradise at Sunglow Seaside

I couldn’t have stayed at a better place for my beach vacation. Doc and Tanya met our every need. Doc went as far as to buy a new grill so we could cook out. The private beach was spectacular. We were treated like family.

We really like the location of Sunglow Condo Motel. It is located right on the beach and so close to so many great amenities.

What makes this property unique

It’s just a short minutes scenic walk along beautiful Gulf Blvd to Wynn Dixie grocery store, dress&gift shops, hair salons , beachy restaurants /beach bars or the World’s Famous John’s Pass waterfront Boardwalk. The popular beach trolley stops out front and is a must scenic ride along the scenic Blvd to Clearwater Beach or St.Petersburg Beach at the other end. A 1 day pass is just $2.00. Guests and friends always enjoy the barbeque cookout, under the palm trees, at Sunglow.
