Redington Surf Resort is in an area known locally at Sunset Reef which is also well known for having the whitest sugary soft sand and deep turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. As an added bonus Condo 5 is located next to the large pool giving you quick and easy access to either the beach or pool.

Family fun

Great place for 2. Within a few steps you are at beach. No need to pack a cooler it’s so close you can go back to room and refill. We would definitely stay there again

Redington surf resort

Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect. There was only one minor issue with the room, but it wasn't anything we couldn't deal with. We loved our stay at Redington Beach.

Quick trip

This property is on the beach and perfect to go between the room and the beach to put on more sunblock or grab a snack. This is a perfect location to walk to a few restaurants in the evening too.

North Redington

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Redington Beach. The property is clean and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. The pool and lounge area are right outside the room and the beach is literally steps away. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop as well.

Excellent on the beach location

It was clean, very easy checkin. Lots of beach toys. Would have preferred a better view but access to beach was right outside the door. Communication with owner was excellent. Room was well stocked, had a good time.

Perfect Place for 2!

The unit was perfect for our Honeymoon. 5 steps and you’re on the beach. Also very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. And Clearwater Beach is about a 20 min drive. We loved it, and will be staying there again in the future!

Lovely for a quick trip

My friend and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and the location is amazing! You are truly steps away from the beautiful ocean. We were close enough to walk to some restaurants. I think the house it self could use a few upgrades. The faucet it the bathroom was a bit loose and there was a sewer smell that was most noticeable in the mornings. Plenty of towels and linens were provided and we felt safe there. We would stay again.

Great location at a reasonable price

This unit is a really good place for a couple to stay because it quite small. The listing is accurate and the room was tidy. It was nice that there was also dedicated parking. We were there during peak vacation season and the beach was never very crowded. We were also able to rent chairs right on the beach so we could just walk out of the room and be in our chairs right on the gulf in just a few minutes. You could easily stay in Redington for your entire stay if you are looking for something more relaxed since and ther are plenty of places to eat and a Publix that is not too far away. However, Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach are just a short drive away if you want to do more. We really enjoyed our time there.

Florida cockroaches

Great location. Perfect for a 3 night stay. BUT. We had 5 or 6 cockroaches / palmetto bugs- some dead some alive. We were told they're very common but we've stayed at ram sea two buildings down for years and never had one of those in our units. It was gross to know our unit had a cockroach problem. Hard to sleep. One live one was in the bathtub so we couldn't shower until it died and we could move it. Communication with owner was great- very prompt with responses.

Amazing 1BR on the beach

This quaint little community is really amazing. We were there for our honeymoon and the neighbors who live there really embraced us. On our third night, there was birthday party for two residents and they invited us to join. We had access to the heated pool and the beach was only 20 steps away. The apartment was a 1BR (king bed) with a kitchen, dining area, and living room; plenty of space for four. What impressed us the most were some of the little items that we found in the apartment that made our lives easier. We wanted to barbecue and there were spatulas, tongs, and a large fork under the oven. I have a bipap machine and they had an extension cord next to the bed. There are also beach chairs, towels and other beach items in a utility closet. Everything we found was useful. There was an incident where someone was drilling and sawing outside of our bathroom window and the owner came by to check it out for us! Communication with the owner was incredible and his visit to check out the maintenance work was awesome. I would book apartment again without hesitation. While the windows don’t face the beach they do face the pool and you’re only 20 steps from the beach itself. For the price you can’t do better. Check out Coastal Pizza and Burrito Social. Both within walking distance and have good food and music.

So close to the beach!

We had a great time. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the ocean. The pool was very nice and clean too. The room itself was good too. You go to the beach for the beach, not the room, so nothing was unexpected there. Would recommend, especially if you have a young child (mine is 6) and make several trips back to the room for random things.

Plumbing Issues

Postives:Location was ideal, space was clean Negatives: sewage smell from bathroom overwhelming, it was too late to leave and find other accommodations. We were able to get it touch with owner the next morning, he refunded the next night (one of two night stay). Space was clean but very dark and dated.,Owner was going to get a maintenance person to investigate and fix bathroom issue. We checked out before the outcome. Lastly the address on the listing is incorrect, we drove and walked around for 40 minutes before we realized it was a typo on BRVO and email correspondence.

This is a very good place to stay. It is exactly as described. The owner was very accommodating and even let us check in a little early. Just steps from the beach. Comfortable accommodation. Es un muy buen sitio para hospedarse. Exactamente como está descrito. El dueño fue muy gentil y hasta nos dejó registrarnos un poquito más temprano. Está a pocos pasos de la playa. Es un lugar muy cómodo.
