Owner are very friendly, but they do not invest money in cleaning: rear deck, porche and windows are Very dirty! When we booked the online advertising said property has a excellent view on Red River , and we didn’t have access! Neighborhood is not a pleasant place, very dirty neighborhood It’s a very old property! Very tiny for two people
