Wonderful Time

This was a perfect house for what we needed. It was nice to come back and relax in between our different events we needed to be to. There was plenty of entertainment for my teenage kids and for all the adults. The owner replied quickly to any questions I had. The whole process from check in and check out was very convenient. We would definitely be willing to stay here again if we make it back to the Phoenix area.

Absolutely perfect!!

This was perfect for our family get away. We celebrated all of our October family birthdays ( ranging from 2 to 60). In total we have 6 and there was something to do for everyone of every age. We will definitely be making this our annual October family fest. Thank you for the great communication and accommodations John.

Perfect place to stay with kids!

We loved staying at "the hangout" while visiting Phoenix this summer. The house was comfortable, clean and had the best amenities! John was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The location of the home is close to perfect, close enough to the city but with the privacy, safety and quietness of a neighborhood. We spent most of our time in pool area, hot tub and patio. We grilled and used the firepit almost every night. The game room was a hit with the kids. We would definitely recommend this place to any family or friends traveling to Phoenix!

House was very clean, beautiful, inside & out. Air conditioning worked great, loved the ceiling fans in rooms. Ceilings were amazing! 30 year old kids loved all the games & the pool! Would definitely book again! Thank you so much!

Great family getaway

This was the perfect house for a family. It was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the outdoor amenities perfect. Communication with John was outstanding. We will definitely book here in the future!
