A unique, light, family-friendly home in Avon Lake, OH. The ideal size for a couple, a small family, or a solo stay. Five minutes from Crocker Park and Avon Commons Shopping Center. We love nothing more than to welcome you to our little cottage.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked with all the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. We provide you with cooking oils and a wide variety of spices. If dining out is more your thing, there are many wonderful restaurants and bars in the area. We will also provide you with a list of recommendations for your convenience.

We also provide a coffee maker, coffee, and creamer so you can enjoy your morning with a fresh cup of Joe. For those who are not coffee drinkers we provide tea.

The kitchen is also connected to a beautiful, light, and spacious dining room.

Relax on the sofa by watching a movie - we provide Hulu, Disney + , ESPN + and Pluto

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM:
A queen-size bed with a brand-new foam mattress, two nightstands, and a hanging TV for the ultimate relaxing and comfortable stay.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 1:

A queen-size bed with a brand-new foam mattress, two nightstands, and a TV to (again) ensure your relaxing stay.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 2:

A twin-size bed with a brand-new mattress and a dresser. Would make a perfect children's room.

HOME OFFICE SPACE:

Everyone needs a home office space! Comfortable home office nook with computer desk and an office chair provided.

BATHROOM:

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste for your convenience. A hairdryer and towels are also provided.

Perfect

We stayed for a long weekend. The house was perfect for what we needed. Communication with the owner was super fast. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house was exactly like the photos. The appliances are brand new. Checking in/out was super easy. Location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent location, but would not stay again

The host was accommodating and the check-in process very easy. Location is good - quick access to grocery stores, lake, parks, gas station, and Cleveland. However, overall the house was not very clean (dog hair,dead bugs,etc.). It appeared the house had been purchased and quickly converted to a rental with minimal updates/improvements. Would not stay again.

Wedding weekend

We rented for the weekend as we had a wedding to go to. The house was close to the venue, stores and the lake. The house was just right for 5 adults!
