Welcome to 3294 Leavitt Road, a beautiful fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home designed for comfort and convenience. We've gone the extra mile to provide an experience that feels like a true home away from home, with amenities far beyond your standard rental.

You'll find a grill and outdoor dining area for cookouts, plus a fantastic outdoor fire pit with seating for evening relaxation under the stars.

For those traveling with gear, we offer exceptional parking: guests have access to two private garages, and a massive driveway that is ideal for parking long trailers, boats, or RVs. Fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts will find this especially convenient!

Culinary Delight: The Chef's Kitchen:
If you love to cook, you'll adore our fully stocked chef's kitchen! Forget the sparse cabinets of a typical VRBO—ours is equipped as though it were our own home. You'll find everything you need, from a set of high quality knife and knife bar, food storage containers, new appliances (with air fryer function oven) and essential cooking tools to ample dishware and quality pots and pans. we also have a dual coffee machine (k cup and standard pot in one, and provide a complimentary set of K Cups (and cream and sugar) for your morning coffee. There is even a community pantry that guests can use or add to if desired!

The kitchen features a convenient pass-through window that connects directly to the upstairs living room. This design allows the chef to easily socialize, watch the 65-inch smart TV, or keep an eye on family games happening around the coffee table while chopping veggies and preparing meals.

Comfortable Sleeping & Stylish Baths:
This home comfortably sleeps a family or group with flexible arrangements:
Upstairs Bedrooms (2): Each room features a plush queen-sized bed, a dresser, and spacious closets for all your belongings.
Downstairs Bedroom (1): This room is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering a twin bed with an additional pull-out twin trundle bed, plus space for clothes. it also features a office desk and chair for taking calls or working remotely if needed.
Both of our two full bathrooms have been recently and stylishly renovated with new fixtures and finishes (just like the rest of the house!). Fresh linens and essential toiletries are provided.

Need to spread out? We've got you covered:
Upstairs Living Room: The main gathering space boasts a large 65-inch smart TV and comfortable seating.
Downstairs Basement: A finished basement offers a great secondary spot for relaxing, complete with a cozy sectional couch and another flat screen TV.

Finally, there is a poker table / gaming table for family or friendly gaming (and many board games in the ottoman near the sofa!)

Charming home

This is an older home with charm and personality. It was very clean and was well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, etc.It is located off of a busy street but there was very little road noise. The driveway is very large so ample space for parking and to turn vehicles around so you don't have to back out onto the road.The backyard is very spacious. There was plenty of outdoor seating.There is 1 bedroom, bath and sitting / social area downstairs., 4 person table and a seating area.stairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, 4 person dining table and a sitting area.Home and property overall were just fine. It was clean and that is what I consider the most important.I was disappointed with communication . I did not receive check in instructions until a few hours before check in time. I was already in transit so had to pull over to finally put the address in my gps. In my past experiences check in emails come day prior or very early day of. I didn't like getting it a few hours before since I was already on my way there.I did call once - and it was answered - because the door lock was confusing for me.I never received a check out email. So I guessed as to what they would want done upon leaving. I sent an email saying I had left and what I did (started dishwasher, took out trash, etc.) but didn't get a response.

Lovely Lorain house

Beautiful House!

We came to Lorain Ohio for a family trip to Cedar Point. The house is beautiful! The couple who renovated this house did a fantastic job! The house feels elegant and homey, has plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen accessories and comfortable beds and furniture. It was located in a busier location than I thought but the house sits far enough away from the busy road that you will not hear much inside the house. The back yard is really pretty and we saw a Momma deer with her babies as well as a family of woodchucks enjoying the fruit trees! We loved that we could bring our dog and she settled in nicely. Thank you for a great stay!

Very Cat friendly

Great location, best stocked kitchen rental I’ve used, and cute as can be. However, even though it says pet friendly I did not expect it to have the worst cat odor ever. I was not able to open windows to air it out and there were no screens in the doors “Plug in’s”were in many outlets, assuming trying to mask the stench but it actually made it worse. The area rug and furniture was covered with cat hair, and the kitchen seat covers were all dirty and stained. The host was notified and said they were just in the house and did not smell anything. I don’t think that was even possible. The coffee pot had not been emptied or cleaned . I wanted to love this place bust just couldn’t

Overall, the property was very nice. Everything was clean, a lot was provided, and it was decorated tastefully. The location of the property was a big plus for us - very convenient for all our planned activities. A couple of negatives… the bed in the blue bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Also, a privacy fence would have been good to separate from the very close neighbors who do not keep up their property very well.

Appreciate you sharing your house with us. Everything was as it was described especially the spices for cooking and grilling. Fully stocked was an understatement. Overall the house was clean, orderly and very accommodating for us. We had a great time and would certainly stay or recommend to others coming to the area. Our only challenge and very minor. While we were there for outside activities through the area the weather kept us in a bit, TV is only streaming so no local channels. The host were super accommodating and responded to any questions we had.

Das Haus bietet was es verspricht. Große Räume, saubere Zimmer, eine Alarmanlage inkl. An- Abwesenheitskontrolle, große komplett eingerichtete Küche, toller Garten mit altem Baumbestand, großer Gasgrill inkl. Gasflasche. Es roch jedesmal beim betreten nach Haustier vermutlich aus dem Wohnzimmer-Teppich. In den Schlafzimmern war nichts zu riechen. Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße war es etwas laut. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles lief auf Vertrauensbasis, sogar Check-in und Check-our. Alles in allem würden wir jederzeit wieder hier mieten.

House is nice setup

Upon arrival house is clean and we had door codes sent to us ahead of time, would have liked been asked for a code we'd like so we could make sure no one else had used it before for our piece of mind. House rules are labels on items. No book of rules or a laminated sheet of rules hanging. Ex what to do with garbage, dishes, linens, upon exit. Went to take a shower has most of the towels in basement bathroom No wash clothes! Primary bedroom bed is small and very hard. Downstairs bathroom door handle came off the first day. I had a screw driver in truck and fixed it. Downstairs bed was uncomfortable and sqeaked on any movement. Laundry was convenient and Downstairs extra space was nice. Curtain rod in main living room would come apart when opening the drapes. House was nice management needs to look into some items. It was very easy to find and lots of stores and restaurants around.
