Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry if the room was not as clean as it should have been. If you had let us know during your stay, we could have sent a new cleaner out to redo the work. We also apologize for the WiFi issues you experienced. It tends to be spotty in our area however records show that it was determined a new cable was needed and that seemed to do the trick. While we supply starters of kitchen and bathroom essentials, there should have been toilet paper in both bathrooms. Next time, please let us know if you need more as well as extra towels and we'll be delighted to bring some. We appreciate the nod to our customer service and are happy that you enjoyed the view. The cable at this property is handled by the HOA and while we could bring a temporary hot spot, we have zero control over the internet for the property. We are truly sorry.
