Light-filled + spacious house near Texas A&M

This carefully curated 2200 sqft light-filled home features large windows, high ceilings, and spacious areas for entertaining, relaxing, and celebrating.

The kitchen features a large peninsula with seating, a breakfast nook, and all of the important kitchen amenities. For coffee lovers, we have an espresso machine, burr coffee grinder, scale, and a chemex pour-over coffee maker. We would love to leave a bag of our favorite locally-roasted beans upon request! For the mixology lovers, our bar is fully equipped with shakers, glasses of all kinds, and all the equipment you'll need. We have a high chair and a toddler table with four chairs that we can leave upon request.

The primary suite is located in the left wing of the house and has a beautiful, brand new bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. In the right wing you will find 3 more bedrooms and two separate bathrooms that share a shower. Upgraded high-speed internet allows for uninterrupted streaming and work-from-home capabilities.

While the home has beds to sleep 8 comfortably, there is also a spacious office where you are welcome to use our pack-and-play or our air mattress for extra guests. Just let us know so we can leave the room ready for you. We expect your stay to be a 5 star stay!

The backyard is large, fully-fenced, and features outdoor seating, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, a gas fire pit, and a standard fire pit with four Adirondack chairs. We also have a picnic table and outdoor games such as washers, Kan Jam, Bocce, etc.

We would LOVE to host you, and as locals to BCS, we would love to give you recommendations for anything you need in town. Just let us know how we can serve you!

Family Celebration Weekend

We had a great stay for A&M Family Weekend! The house was perfect for everyone - disabled grandparents to our college kids. Daniel and Ally were great hosts! We arranged in advance to host a dinner and ring dunk and the backyard was perfect for this.

Ring Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter getting her Aggie ring! Our family was accommodated nicely in this perfectly laid out home. It is stocked with everything you will need for your gathering! We were pleasantly surprised of how they thought of everything, even to the extra toothbrush and toiletries in the bathroom!! We definately will stay here again! the back yard was amazing! we grilled burgers and hotdogs for our gathering! This was just like being home!

Graduation weekend

We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from TAMU. The house accommodated our family perfectly! This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful home and Daniel is an amazing Host. He has been very accommodating for our family each time we have come to College Station. The house is supplied with so many amenities that make the stay extra comfortable! Definitely would highly recommend this home. We will always choose this as our 1st choice when coming back for our youngest daughter who will be starting this upcoming Fall as freshman.

So very pretty and cozy!

Loved this house! The house looks clean and pretty online, but it is so much more in person. I am not one who feels comfortable staying in most hotels or rental homes because they usually feel a little dingy. This house was the complete opposite. The fact that I felt so comfortable and at home here says a lot about this precious property. It has four bedrooms with an additional office that can be used as a bedroom, making it perfect for a small group. We stayed there for a football weekend, and it was just perfect. It's not within walking distance of the campus, but it's a short drive. Also, the owners were quite pleasant and very accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again. Five stars!!!

Weekend “with” The King

We were in town for the biggest concert of all times, and this house was absolutely perfect! There were eight of that spent the night with four more than hung out over the weekend and there was plenty of room to sit on the back porch and play games and/or watch Aggie baseball on TV. The home was immaculate, and better than described as far as the layout, decor, and overall charm. The location was fantastic, it was less than a 10 minute drive to Kyle Field and around the corner from HEB. What else do you need? The host was very accounting and communication was so easy and quick. There is nothing about this house I would change.
