Guests have access to the entire guesthouse located on the far, right side upon entry, 2 free parking spaces right in front of the house, and a private fenced in backyard space.

Welcome Home to Medlock Park, one of metro Atlanta's most sought-after neighborhoods. An active community close to Emory Hospitals, the CDC, Emory University, the VA Hospital, and Downtown Decatur.

This tucked away neighborhood is truly a hidden gem. Named after the 39-acre local park, Medlock Park residents love being in close proximity to a nature preserve and of course, Medlock Park itself with baseball fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, and walking trails. The residents are active, down to earth and very friendly.

Other Things to Note:
This is a shared property with the Main House located on the front left side with its own private back yard, which is off limits to guests. An outdoor surveillance camera is on the premises for property protection use only.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests can contact me via the Airbnb app or via text. Hosts live on property, however, guests will have complete privacy during their stay unless something is needed from hosts.
