Nice place

Clean space, easy to get in and close to everything. Host kept in contact prior to the trip and accommodated my last minute needs. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean but old and outdated,

When I go away from home, I would like to stay in a place that feels like a home away from home. This was not it. The linens, towels, couch,"dining room table, plates, pots/pans, comforters, etc were of the cheapest quality and worn down. There were no lamps in the living room, so either you had to sit in the dark, or use the bright overhead lights. I know that I am high maintenance, but I like to feel comfortable especially if I am paying for it. Again, it was a very clean home, just not for me. My friend loved the backyard and said it was beautiful. She meditated and sat with the wind and birds every morning.

Nice updates

The house is old but the updates to the kitchen & bathrooms are nice. The dishwasher was not put all the way in; it sticks out a little. There’s a back door to the backyard that doesn’t have a lock, the screen door has a lock. I would’ve felt more comfortable if there was a lock on the inside door. Decent street, close to grocery store/Walmart/food. Parking in driveway was nice. Washer/dryer was nice. Beds are decent comfort level; bedrooms could use updated TV’s. The small 3rd bedroom could be used for a small child/bed child’s size. Check in was smooth. Overall a nice stay.

Great experience overall

Overall, this is a very nice home. Owner replied to messages within a couple hours or less. A loud alarm went off in the house early morning that woke me up. I contacted the host immediately and they weren’t sure what caused it. I was later told by the host that it may have been due to current outages. There were also some dust on night stands and very minor trash on floors that I cleaned myself. Otherwise, very nice home.

Property as described

House was fine for short work trip.Well equipped for small family. Insulation isn’t great and neighbor has a german shepherd outside all day and night barking so bring ear plugs. No fault of the hosts.
