It didn’t smell good at all, had spiders in there, didn’t have a lot of pots nor did the lids match the pots. Didn’t have no towels. Just overall a bad experience.

Outdoor surveillance cameras not weren’t mentioned! The floors were dirty, there were multiple containers of stale smelly water in the kitchen. The refrigerator smell was enough to make someone sick. You have to be gentle with all faucets as they are broken. We had to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners! The thermostat is touch screen but has paint on it making it difficult to adjust. Have fun with the driveway. Your property needs maintenance!
We enjoy our stay however the electricity needs updating. If you had the tv on and lights at the same time, the tv would go out. We also had trouble with lights flickering on and off. The house is fine but the driveway is horrible. Wholes very deep and will destroy your vehicle.

The host was very responsive to my requests but the request were many! No linen provided for the couch as we had 2 male adults who did not need to share a bed. Upon requiest, the Host had delivered via Amazon the 2nd.day. The 2nd bathroom toilet paper holder was broken, toilet bowl had black ring, bath towels old, flimsy and when brought to the Host's attention, we were advised that fluffy white towels were in the attic (our age ranges were 45-83 years of age).We had a local nephew/niece climb the ladder to retrieve them. Kitchen skillets, pots/pans were burnt badly on the bottom...desparately needed updating. Smoke detector had no batteries. While the host was quite responsive, we had to call about the TV remotes and have never had to contact a Host as often as we did here. We strongly advise the owner to employ another professional cleaner.

It seemed as if I was the first guest in the home in months. There were long-legged granddaddy spiders inside that could’ve been avoided with proper cleaning. The yard hadn’t been cut, and there were multiple hornets’ nests around the exterior of the house. The access code was not provided on the day of arrival—I had to reach out for it after I arrived. There were visible cracks in the tub, and the faucet was loose and wobbly. While the home was stayable due to lack of other options, I would not recommend it in its current condition. That said, the location is very convenient to State Farm Arena, and if the property were properly maintained, I would consider booking again.

Communication was terrible. House was dirty, walls, under beds, rugs. The house only provided three towels, no wash rags or hand towels. No pot holders or kitchen towels. The beds were falling apart and the couch was broken upon arrival. The tv in one room did not work at all. The yard was unkept. Broken glass in the driveway. A/C was preset and would not allow us to change the temperature after 8am when checkout wasn’t until 11am.

Start with the good: Check-in was quick and easy.Everything else: when you walk in the front door there is an old mop smell. This place was not clean at all. We found animal hair in the ice cube bucket.Hair on all the beds/dead roach in the master bath.Pillows were old and smelled/hair all over the floor..I reached out to the owner to let her know what was going on. I went to family dollar to buy cleaning supplies and laundry detergent so we could wash our sheets pillow cases and comforters. I uploaded all the pics that i took so the owner could see what were were experiencing. Her response to me was she was sorry that i felt that way and her cleaning crew sent her pics after they cleaned it from the last guest and it was clean. We went back and forth and i asked for partial refund because we did spend (2) nights there. Owners response was vrbo does not give refunds but she could give me a discount on our next stay!!!! No thanks!!!. Lastly owner told me she would have sent a cleaning crew out that night to clean except i told her i cleaned the house already. My response was it would have been nice if you acknowledged my messages about the cleanliness of the house.I would not recommend this house to anyone. Not trying to be vindictive but i should not have had to pay for the weekend and then once i check in spend more money to clean the place that we stayed in for the weekend.
As we pulled up the driveway, no motion lights came on. We gained entry fairly quickly and turned on the outside lights. The grass was overgrown, and the property did not look inviting. The property inside was not as bright and cheery as presented on the app:- the floors had not been swept or mopped, and items from previous guests were under the beds.- the towels were cheap, and - the body wash was practically empty, just like the conditioner. There was no shampoo. Yes, we could bring our own; simply don’t advertise it as provided. The icing on the cake was the flickering lights during our entire stay. We had “brownouts,” around the clock - though the lights never completely went out. We contacted the owner, who sent over an electrician the same day. This resolved nothing; the flickering in fact progressed, and we lived through this experience until we checked out.We are in town monthly and really wanted it to work. I don’t recommend this property until it is cleaned—or, at a minimum, cared for and refreshed as it is presented on the web.
