My wife & I live in Austin, Texas. We fell in love with Costa Rica and the Central Pacific coast on our first visit in 2020. We enjoy spending time in CR and sharing our other home with family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Pacific Sun Estates is a quiet, gated community with easy access to beaches, mountains, shopping, dining and lots of outdoor activities. We have plenty of friendly neighbors there and the condo is very relaxing -- just like home!
What makes this property unique
"Pez Vela" is a large, upscale condo that offers a relaxed "home-away-from-home" vibe for families and friends to enjoy. We enjoy its private, "all-suite" design (each bedroom has its own private bathroom). The fully equipped kitchen is also perfect for foodies and those who love to cook.
