Newly renovated, modern home in Tatum Ranch. In between Desert Ridge and Cave Creek - 20 mins from N Scottsdale, 30 min from airport. Private, quiet, epic setting close to everything without the craziness. Finished concrete floors throughout with the exception of bedrooms which have brand new carpet. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms. HUGE backyard with pool with waterfall, 4 chaise lounge chairs, couch, and many more chairs and places to relax. 7 person hot tub right off the master suite!!! 70 inch TV in living room, brand new leather furniture throughout. 60 inch TV in master bed.
