Also, this beautiful new and totally redesigned building offers multiple listings such as; unit 1, unit 2, or unit 1 and 2 combined.
Why they chose this property
Your unit is centrally located in the downtown area. Next to the beautiful Beauport Hotel and they do have their own parking area. When you stay with us you do have access to two parking spaces in the driveway. Right across the street from your unit there is a playground and there is public parking space there. In addition, right before you turn to commercial Street and before you get to the Beauport Hotel there is Saint Peter Square which allows you to park as well.
