The home is located in Rocky Neck, one of Gloucester’s most iconic waterfront neighborhoods. Known for its art colony, harbor views, galleries, restaurants, and maritime character, Rocky Neck offers a walkable coastal setting with plenty to explore nearby.
Guests can visit local galleries, waterfront cafés, restaurants, and scenic harborfront spots, or head into downtown Gloucester for more dining, shopping, museums, and working waterfront views. Ravenswood Park is also nearby for peaceful hiking through woodlands and marshes.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring Gloucester, Cape Ann, and nearby beaches, though the Rocky Neck area offers walkable access to galleries, restaurants, cafés, and waterfront scenery.
The home is located steps from the Gloucester Water Shuttle, which offers seasonal service to different stops around town and is a fun, easy way to explore Gloucester from the water.
Downtown Gloucester, Good Harbor Beach, Niles Beach, Eastern Point, the Back Shore, Stage Fort Park, and Rockport are all accessible by short drive. Rideshare availability may vary seasonally.
Other Things to Note:
There are steps leading to the front entrance, as well as a staircase to access the upstairs bedrooms.
Guests have one dedicated off-street parking spot, which is the third space to the right in the lot. There is also ample unrestricted street parking available on the same block.
The home is located in a residential waterfront neighborhood, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, observe quiet hours, and enjoy the outdoor spaces responsibly.
Once a booking is confirmed, the cancellation policy is immediately in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
Traveling with little ones? A pack-and-play and high chair may be available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like either item so we can confirm availability and have it ready for your stay.
