It is two stories and features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, snack bar, first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool which is open seasonally. All this and you are within walking distance to everything downtown Fish Creek has to offer.
This location is also great for groups-- we offer Yellow Birch Cottage and the Retreat at Sunshine Creek at the same location.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside of the home.
Condo offers zero entry front door access, however main level only offers 1/2 bathroom and pull out sofa sleeping accommodations.
