Offering an incredible amount of space for a Cape Cod retreat, this upscale, three-story home is an extraordinary escape for two families or an extended family vacationing together. Not only can you walk to Wellfleet village and harbor - you'll be greeted back at home by an in-home sauna, and wonderful outdoor spaces among the trees.

This sprawling home is located just up the road from the shores of Wellfleet Harbor, a little over a mile from the center of town. It's a prime spot for beach-goers, with Indian Neck Beach (on the harbor), Newcomb Hollow Beach (on the ocean), and White Crest Beach (on the ocean) all within three miles. The famed Wellfleet Cinemas - Cape Cod's only drive-in theater - is five miles south as well.

Much of your summer will revolve around the property's patios and decks, which provide ample outdoor space for everything from morning coffee to afternoon barbecues. Ride your bikes home from the beach to rinse off in the outdoor shower, and get the gas grill going for a dinner of burgers and hot dogs. There are dining sets on both the upper and lower decks.

The main part of the house is the perfect place to gather, offering a living room with three sofas, a smart TV. Adjoining this space are a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), a dining room, and the deck just outside. But one of the special features of this home is the second complete living space in the other wing, where you'll find another kitchen, another dining area, a living room with a smart TV, and a deck.

At night, there are six comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms to choose from. On the ground floor, find a primary suite with its own sauna and direct access to the hot tub outside, as well as a connected bunk room with a TV. On the second floor, there's a larger primary suite with its own balcony and bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. The rest of the bedrooms can be separated off in the second, independent wing if you so choose. They include two more bedrooms on the second floor and one more bedroom on the third floor.

Additional features of the house include two washers/dryers, high-speed WiFi, and a desk workspace in case you plan on getting some remote work done.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
