A cozy studio like stay

It was small but we felt cozy in it. It had all the things you need. We felt comfortable. There are a few quirks but nothing we felt needed to be mentioned. We would stay here again

Television Accident

We selected this spot for a quick stop over on a road trip. When we got to the space we wanted to watch TV. I moved the TV that was mounted on the wall to be able to watch TV from bed. In doing so, the TV fell off the wall and hit my face. I had to go to the ER for 3 stitches. This was not part of our plan or our trip. The TV arm was mounted into the wall with very small screws and not attached to a stud in the wall. When telling the property managers of my mishap, they were more concerned with getting the TV rehung then my injury. It was obvious in the house they had other things that were previously hung that did not hit studs in the wall and were no longer there, like a towel ring in the bathroom. We did not get a refund when asked if we could and when inquiring about payment of my hospital bills, there has been radio silence. A simple inexpensive overnight ended up costing us 9x the amount of our stay. Lame.

A unique, quiet apartment. Could use a little more love; if some of the details were taken care of it would be very nice. The size, style, heat/AC, and ease of use were all great. Having to walk through a muddy yard, outlets not working, etc. just meant the value wasn't there...

Nice place.

Checking in was a bit difficult. I arrived after dark and there were no lights and the approach was very icy. But once that was navigated the apt was very nice and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.
