Located directly on the southern end of the Great Sacandaga Lake in Mayfield. Private Sandy beach and private dock. The property looks out to Scout Island, with 100' of lakefront property and a huge level yard with plenty of room for activities! We have 1-queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed and 2 twin beds, sleeping for 8. Cozy private Adirondack home. Walking into this comfortable home immediately gives you a feeling of relaxation. The living room/kitchen area is open and inviting. The loft is carpeted with extra padding for comfort and noise reduction. The master bedroom is located in the downstairs offering privacy and quiet from the rest of the guests. There is an enclosed front porch where you can enjoy your meals lakeside! This house provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a busy day, and the stars are so bright at night, no nearby city lights to interfere with their brilliant night display. Enjoy swimming, boating & tubing. Enter to win the fishing competition. Enjoy lakeside dining at one of the restaurants nearby.

We purchased this property in 2009. We love the lake and have enjoyed all the room we have to play and put all of our 'toys'.
What makes this property unique
This property has enabled us to have quality family time together. We do have wireless internet and cable. We also have a tv with a vcr and dvd player for the rainy days. And we do have cell service at this location. We primarily spend the days in the water boating, swimming, relaxing in the hammock, playing games and eating. And the nights we play games as a family and just enjoy being together without the pressure of always having to be someplace.
