Great Stay

This is a super cute room and was exactly as listed, it’s like a nice hotel room without the high price tag. Communication was great and I would definitely stay again.

Nice and cozy

The best last second decision we made with this place. Property owners hospitality was off the charts. Everything you need for a week long stay. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the Orlando Florida area.

Cute Themed Suite

This detached suite was so well decorated with a Beauty and the Beast theme. Had all your basic needs from soap/shampoo/conditioner to linens which saves room in the suitcase. Host was available if we needed anything. Suite was very private. It did not have a full kitchenette but did have appliances for heating and storing food. This wasn’t an issue for our stay. Location was great- out of the busyness of downtown but still easy to get around. Overall cute place and would recommend.

Disney trip with family

No washer/dryer access, and the nearest laundromat is about 20 minutes away.. so if you’re traveling with small kids and they have “accidents” be ready for the drive and inconvenience. Also, power was out for one night and that was also an inconvenience. Other than that, it was an ok place to stay.

Hi John, We apologize you did not feel this was a five-star stay. We strive to provide our guests with the best experience. As you can see the listing shows that a washer/dryer is not provided. In your message to us, you confirmed that you knew that prior to booking. We still tried to help and provide the location of a laundry mat which is 5 miles from the home. Also, we did accommodate your request for early check-in and had the room ready for you by 1 pm. Regarding the power outage, when you contacted us at midnight to let us know the lights were not working we tried our best to fix that issue however, it was beyond our control. Thankfully the bathroom lights and outlets as well as the AC/heat mini split were still working. We did have an electrician at the property by 8 am who was able to restore the lights right away. We wish you the best in your future travels.
