*Private entrance with paved walkway to the front door that has keypad lock so you don't have to worry about where you left the keys. Graveled Driveway can fit up to 4 cars.

*living room has a cozy fire place for Cozy nights and 55 inch smart TV with basic cable and WIFI and NETFLEX. Brand new dining table with four chairs and AC with remote control for hot days are also in the living room which opens up to the kitchen.

*In the kitchen , you will find brand new appliances, Microwave, KEURIG coffee machine and variety of choices of coffee flavor and tea. Toaster, Kettle, utensils, pans/pots , plates, and cups , baking pans, and bowls, salt , pepper and oil and other Condiments are available. washer and dryer inhouse, with laundry detergent is offered.

* The bathroom is sparkling clean with hot tub/shower, hair dryer , soap , shampoo, toiletries and complementary towels ( up to 4 sets).

* Bedroom 1: Has one brand new queen bedroom set with night stand/ lamp dresser and mirror, closet with hangers, iron and iron stand and a Brand new AC with a remote control.

*Bedroom 2: Has 2 brand new Twin Beds with night stand, lamp. in the closet you will find hangers and Crip that is easy to set up with changing station if you have an infant . Folding desk and comfortable chair for work as needed.

* Backyard is partially fenced for your privacy. From the side door you will find paved walk way to the backyard. In the back yard you will find stand up shower for a hot beach day or just to cool off. Also , Propane fire pit with patio furniture and dining table as well as kitchen Aid grill and its utensils are available for BBQ nights.

NO grease or fatty product in the sink. please use the stand up shower outside to wash of the sand from going to the septic system.

High quality
