Great view, friendly staff. I enjoyed getting morning coffee and sitting in one of the alcoves by a waterfall or koi pond, so many peaceful places to enjoy. Our unit was well appointed, clean, nice patio with a view of the gardens, pool and ocean.

Beautiful resort. Incorrect listing

This resort is beautiful which we thoroughly enjoyed BUT… The property listed as 1 bedroom, but we were given a studio. Listing indicated we would be sent checkin instructions, but we had to contact source to get information. No reply on VRBO contact link.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The owner did NOT reserve the property, even though VRBO gave us a confirmation email with a confirmation number, so when we arrived there was no room for us! We spent 4 hours on the phone with the owner and/or VRBO representatives. Finally, VRBO said that we should find a room and get receipts since we had the "Confidence in booking." They didn't offer to find us a room. We spent hours trying to find a place to stay because we were in Maui without a room! We found a room for that night and then had to move for the rest of the week. Then it took 2 months trying to get refunded even though we had the "confidence in booking" and all of our receipts. I can't even tell you how many hour and times I spent trying to get a refund, there were too many to count!
