This bright and calming one bedroom apartment is the the perfect place to call home on your upcoming trip to Dubai. Sleek and stylish, this apartment has floor to ceiling windows creating a bright and spacious apartment, we know you will fall in love. Decorated in neutral tones, modern furnishings, and pops of colour in the artwork and trinkets throughout, relax and unwind here at the end of your busy day exploring. The dining space is integrated within the open planned kitchen which is fully equipped with all you may need to whip up some tasty home cooked meals. Enjoy dinner at the dining table set for two or out on the large balcony admiring the community views. In the living space features a comfy sofa upon which you can relax and watch a movie on the big screen TV. In the bedroom, there is an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you will struggle getting out up in the morning. There is plenty of wardrobe space and large windows making the room feel light and airy. The bathroom is modern and sleek with a large shower, you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities that will leave you smelling great all day.
The building features a swimming pool, gymnasium and private on site parking.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
