Top floor jr 1 bd (studio w/sleeping area) has large 55" smart tv, walk in closet, laundry, dishwasher, queen bed, large balcony, wireless internet, and keyless/keypad entry.

Resort complex is a short walk to the Linq Promenade & Strip, 24 hour guard gated entrances, 2 swimming pools (one is heated year round) & hot tubs, gas BBQ grills & dining tables, tennis courts, racquetball, fitness center, sauna, pool cabanas.

Unit has a doorbell camera that the guest will have access to use.
