Rainy Day at Home? Gather around for some games: Cards and Board Games, including Monopoly, Domino and Uno.

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank however, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, and the heater will run from 8am till 8pm. However if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool heater fee is $25/night, offered from October till May.

Dogs are allowed for an additional $125/Pet per stay.

Craving a beach day, but don’t have all the equipment? No worries. We provide our guests with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler bags, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys.

If you're looking for a party house, please do not book! Property is ideal for large family vacations.

FREE CANCELLATION
The summer/fall weather in Florida can be unpredictable. Ensure peace of mind with our flexible free cancellation policy, to protect yourself from bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your trip.
If you choose a flexible cancelation policy, you can cancel your trip 1 day prior to arrival and get a full refund.
