Luxury Disney Home genuine10 minutes from Disney situated Emerald Island Resort.
A luxury large family home, with comfortable modern surroundings. Home from home. Large pool area and spa with outside Television and seating and outside dining. Games room with air hockey and pool table, washing machine and dryer, airer. Genuine 10 mins to Disney, in quiet location overlooking a beautiful lake. A clubhouse to use with communal pool, Tikki Bar, Tennis Courts, and Gym Area, Crazy Golf, nature trails, and volleyball court. Not overlooked by other houses.
We are opposite Margaritaville, and Sunset Boulevard which has numerous shops and restaurants and is great for nights out. There is a cinema and a water park also at this location.

We are an English family and have been travelling to Orlando for at least 20 years, we have two grown up children, but we bought this villa when our children were younger and have had amazing family holidays here. We would like others to benefit from the fabulous location and enjoy our beautiful house which is a genuine 10 minutes from Disney, we are not anywhere near Davenport of Clermont, we are here to answer any questions.
Why they chose this property
This property is constantly being updated and items being replaced to keep it new and clean looking. We have added lots of touches to make it a home from home. We regularly have all carpets cleaned so our guests can feel comfortable and relaxed, knowing the home is well looked after. We are on a gated and guarded resort, which gives you peace of mind and allows you to relax without worrying about security. There is a clubhouse which offers a gym and weights, a communal swimming pool, games for adults and children. A tikki bar, a crazy golf and a shop selling sundries. There is also nature trails, tennis courts and a volleyball area. We are very close to Disney and this is genuine, traffic has built up in recent years and this location is perfect.
What makes this property unique
We offer everything that you will need for a vacation. We have recently put in a new fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice machine. We have new washing machines and tumble dryers, a new dishwasher. There is all your kitchen utensils, new pots pans and cooking items, there is a kettle for our English guests and a coffee machine. The grounds are looked after so well and makes the landscape here beautiful, you will often see wildlife and if you are lucky a family of raccoons and a family of otters taking a morning swim in our lake. The house overlooks a beautiful lake and then woodland. We have a house to either side but we have more privacy than most others houses on this resort. We chose to be in a quieter more relaxing area.
