About this property

Pool, Farmhouse, Pets Welcome at Roundhill Farm

An historic 1750 farmhouse on a quiet, beautiful 120 acre property. Huge rooms with wide plank original flooring, 6 bedrooms, large family room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, and formal living room. The property includes your own private pool (9 feet deep at one end), a pond, a horse barn and pastures. We have two horses on property. In the summer you'll have access to our in-ground pool. Come ski Jiminy Peak in the winter, only a 30-minute drive from this farmhouse, and you're welcome to skate on our frozen pond! The house sleeps 11 people comfortably, and your pets are welcome. Visit June Farms, just a 5-minute drive away, where you'll see cows, horses, pigs, goats, and ducks.

Lower the pool umbrella
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are not allowed to approach horses in the barn or inside the fences, without a host from Roundhill Farm. Guests shouldn't touch electric fences
Children are not allowed to swim in pool without an adult present. Pool is fenced in.
Guests should not walk or skate on our frozen pond in the winter without the host's permission. We will confirm if it is safe or not.
