The Gray

Overall, the experience was good. The check-in process was confusing. Fortunately the owner walked me through it. I guess I missed the email that he sent two days ahead of time through the Vrbo app. Unfortunately I left with a sour taste in my mouth, and not because of hurricane Idahlia either but because he charged me for breaking a glass. The whole set of 4 was only $15, which he charged me, because “you can’t get just one you have to replace the whole set” of the set of 4) for breaking one glass out of the set. Not only was this petty (he even admitted it) the barrage of text messages from him regarding it when I landed cause me to get distracted and leave my $115 cashmere sweater on my flight 😢 so in the end it cost me $130 extra. Very unhappy

Perfect stay

The unit was in a great location - close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Inside was very clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The host was great with communication and accessible if needed. We would definitely stay here again when in the area, if it’s available.
