There is also a back covered patio for lounging and a Bar-b-Que grill waiting for the grill-master in you. all items in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival, shower is either extremely hot or cold, photos displaying the property are much nicer and put together compared to what we saw upon arrival. no mention of other residents staying in a close proximity to this apartment. check in process was fine and the stay was manageable but not ideal

I was in town for the Women’s Final Four at Amalie Arena and could not have picked a better location. It was right by everything I needed to get to, just a 15 minute ride away. The house was clean and a great size for 1-2 people to stay at. If you are looking to be close to many events but not in the heart of them, this place is fantastic.
