Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the Riverside makes for beautiful sunset walks. The guesthouse is located behind beautiful manicured 1910 home. Walking distance from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Downtown,5 min drive to Water Street downtown, Sparkman Wharf, Aquarium , cruise terminal ,Historic Ybor City, Amelia Arena. Less than 10 min from Raymond James stadium, Airport, Hyde Park Village, MidTown, International Mall. We’re in a FANTASTIC location! You can rent bikes, scooters etc…walking distance. Our bathrooms have Jolie showerheads giving you filtered water for your shower! We also have a 2 bedroom unit upstairs for guests that have a larger group.

The guesthouse was perfect! It was clean and was equipped with all of the items needed for a weekend away.Maria was very attentive and responded immediately with answers to our questions. When we visit Tampa again we will definitely be staying here.

A very cozy place to stay for a long weekend trip! Big kitchen (if planning to cook during the stay), clean bedroom! A few places were walkable (15-20) like Armature Works, Spruce/Publix grocery store. Highly recommend place to stay if you're for a getaway!
