The Perch on the River-Amazing River & Downtown Views in the heart of old Tampa

The Perch on the Hillsborough River is a large studio apartment with a HUGE balcony on the second floor of a two story duplex house that overlooks the Hillsborough River. You are up among the trees overlooking the beautiful Hillsborough River and downtown Tampa.

Our amazing balcony with views of downtown Tampa and the Hillsborough River is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed and a living area with sofa that can turn into a twin bed. For longer stays, there is a washer and dryer for guest use.

A few doors down you will find Rick's on the River marina, a great marina and restaurant! A 5 min drive across the river is the Armature works Pirate Water Taxi stop.....You’ll love all the great restaurants, nightlife, museums and parks that are all a beautiful boat ride away!

The house sits on a compound on the river that is shared with two other vacation rentals ( property ID # 801363 and property ID # 642448). All three houses can be rented together if you have a large group of 10 people.

Each vacation rental has its own entrance and is completely private, there is a shared private parking lot with plenty of room for your cars.

The studio is in the center of everything Tampa has to offer- downtown Tampa,Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena, the Tampa Convention Center, South Tampa, Busch Gardens, and Raymond James Stadium are all a 10 min drive from the house. Want a day trip to our world famous Gulf beaches? 45 minutes from the house are award winning beaches such as Ft Desoto Beach and Clearwater Beach.

The apartment also has a large screen smart tv so you can directly access your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. It also has WIFI. We have tried to think of every amenity from home to have while you are on vacation!
