Loved that this property was so close to Busch Gardens. Very clean and well maintained. Loved the front porch to watch the fireworks that the park does at night. Would recommend 100%. Would definitely book again! PS Beds were super comfortable

Clean and Quiet

Very "home like" feel to the place. Quiet neighborhood. Just streets away from Busch Gardens, so if you're going there this is definitely the place you want to be. We did not go there this time around, but it was still a great place. Lots of stuff to do close by. Great restaurants

Dario is a great host! The property is well maintained and it was very clean inside. We weren’t left enough wash cloths for our stay and he had some dropped off the next morning. All of the places we planned on visiting (USF, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa) were 10-20 minutes away and we could even see the roller coasters at Busch Gardens from the driveway!

Great experience

My family and I was visiting Tampa area for the weekend. The host was very attentive, helpful and responded very quickly. The house was very clean and the overall experience was great!

This property is minutes away from Tampa's main attractions. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 5 minutes away, USF and Zoo Tampa are only 7 mins away, and the Moffitt Cancer Center is only 10 minutes away. Attractions in or near downtown are close by as well, Ybor city is 10 mins away, One of Tampa's newest spots Midtown is only 13 mins away, and Sparkman Wharf and Armature Works are only 15 mins away. Another great spot to visit in Tampa is Hyde Park Village filled with local stores, tasty food, and an immaculate vibe just 17 minutes away.
This property is also near the USA's best beaches like St Pete Beach which is 40 mins away and Clearwater Beach which is 35 mins away.
