Enjoyed our stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tampa at the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the layout was great for my friend and I when we stayed there. However, the one downfall was the neighbors across the street. They owned a food truck and did blast music throughout the weekend. The mentioned chickens were not heard. Overall, I would recommend this place and would rent again if I came back to the location.

National convention

We very much enjoyed our stay. We came to Tampa for the Tampa RV Show. It was only minutes away. We also went to Clearwater Beach and to see the Manatees at the Florida Technology and Conservation Center. All were close!

Nice house, great host

The house was very clean and beautifully renovated and the host extremely responsive! It was definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood! There are chickens and roosters in the neighborhood that are extremely vocal so make sure you have some white noise to sleep!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Our check in process could have been more streamlined but the issue was resolved quickly. The surrounding area of the house was not as we expected. Would have been nice to be able to use the security system to feel a little more comfortable. Overall, we had a good trip.

This house was very charming and perfect. Very clean and orderly. The cleanliness was top notch. Beautifully decorated. Our host was very responsive. All the amenities you could ask for. The neighbor was very kind and sweet. The property was maintained well. The back yard had a beautiful screened in porch to relax in. The yard was trimmed and immaculate. The check in was very easy and painless and the same for checkout. The house was also cool ans comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, even for a Saturday night..i highly recommended this property and host. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Asar for being a wonderful host.

Family Reunion

We had an amazing time. The host was lovely and responsive. The home was very clean and comfortable. The home is centrally located to ever place in Tampa. Clearwater is super easy to get to. The home provides many cooking supplies for those who don’t eat out all the time. I highly recommend staying at this vacation home. The highways are very easy to get to. The neighbors are very polite along with the residents in the surrounding areas. Those who work in the area are super nice. I also highly recommend trying an escape room at escapology or checking out Armature Works during the weekend. It’s a very happening place with many places to choose from for bars or restaurants.
