Host was good, house was clean and updated, the house is in a somewhat sketchy area and smelled somewhat like cigarette smoke, the bathroom shower didn’t drain. Overall nice place though.

Thanks for your feedback, Annette. I apologize the drain in the shower did not work well. Myself and my husband who is a plumber are local so I wish you had reached out to let me know about the issue so we could immediately correct this problem. I apologize for the inconvenience as I’m sure that was very frustrating. I also apologize for the smell, the previous guest clearly smoked in the home and we tried our best to mitigate the issue just hours before your arrival. I hope you were able to enjoy most of your stay. Thank you again for booking with us and I truly appreciate your understanding,
