Great place to stay

Place was very clean and a great place to stay. Don’t let the mixed neighborhood deter you from staying here. Very quiet and nice to sit outside in the evenings.

Beautiful House

The house is so clean, beautiful, good area, The problem is, when you go out and back, your code # is not the same, my grandkids and I was wearing for long time for fix the problem 3-4-timesThe place is beautiful

Very happy with the Happy Place

The owners have a house in back of where we stayed. Renters with a dog were on the other side of the duplex while were there. No disturbance from noise at all.

Happy Place - Nice property w/ yard

The accommodation is great for a couple or small family. We found the house very comfortable and it met our needs. Parking was close and super accessible. The only thing we thought could’ve used a little more attention was the yard. We have small dogs and the yard (both front and back) was full of weeds. This made it difficult for them to go outside without getting weeds in their fur or dirty. Aside from that, the property was fantastic and we’d recommend it for anyone wishing for a quiet place to stay.

Wonderful place

DO NOT LET THE LOCATION FOOL YOU! This was definitely one of the best places to date that I have stayed at. The owner was extremely accommodating to the amenities and supplies that were included. Family friendly for sure, very clean, quiet neighborhood and it's close to EVERYTHING.

Beautiful property

First off this place is sooooo nice and cozy! Where its located is a little strange but don't let it detour you from staying here. I'd definitely stay here again and my friends were very much pleased with it as well!

Road trip

Very clean pretty quiet. I did have to take my dog out front because the backyard was all weeds. I also forgot to get the WiFi password so was unable to use it. Overall it was a nice place, and communication was excellent

Outstanding unit - Definitely a Happy Place!

This unit was amazing. Plenty of space to spread out and had all of the amenities needed for an extended stay. It was so close to everything that it could not have been better. Thank you for sharing such an amazing space!

Great Place

This is a great rental with lots of room and so much betrer than an overpriced hotel room. My teenage daughter had her own room (BIG +++) and we were able to bring our dog. The A/C was great as it was very hot in FL and the house gave us a cool respite. My daughter forgot her prescription glasses and we were immediately contacted by the owner who put it in the mail for us. Amazing place and great service!!!

Completely renovated

Lovely dwelling. Spacious new kitchen, new bath, tile floors, enclosed patio with grassy area. Owner available for questions. Very quiet and on a dead end street. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to access. The area has a lot of run down mobile homes that could be concerning, but we felt safe. We would stay here another time.

The place is new and clean. Close to my sister. The host was amazing. We have a problem with locking the front door (it was us not the door). She was immediately available. Also we don’t know how to work smart tvs (once again us not the tv). Once again immediately available. We will book it again

Wonderful

The best communication I’ve had with vrbo owners. They were wonderful and so accommodating. By necessity, we needed to change our dates to leave immediately instead of 2 weeks away, which was the original date. They made it happen. Home was clean and comfortable. We are very grateful and pleased with this stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice place

Very nice, clean only used for sleeping. Fire alarm trouble alarm was annoying last two nights of stay but that’s not anything that anyone could have prevented. Will come back thanks.

No problems with stay

1. Reviews saying this is an an “ unsafe area” or “the ghetto” are wrong. There is a Sprouts grocery store, less than half a mile away, there is nothing about this place that says “unsafe” and I am a female who was traveling with my sister. Yes, there are trailers on the same road, just like many roads in Florida but they are not rundown and unkempt looking, the 2 across the street are clean with clean yards. - Was decorated so cute for Christmas! 2. Mailbox has numbers listed on the front side with a light that shines down so you can read the numbers at night. 3. There are commercially painted parking spots so everyone can have a designated spot. 4. Everything in the house was very clean and the kitchen was open and big. 5. It has a small outdoor seating area that has a metal fence around so no one can see inside of your area. There is a gate to your left side that you can exit out of that will lead to the front. It also has a motion sensor flood light on that side. 6. Large, glass door frame shower with a low step. 7. 2 couches. 1 large 3 person seating and a love seat. 8. Kitchen table with 4 seats and a bar seating for 2. Small work area complete with desk in kitchen. 9. SmartTV with all current apps for streaming. 10. Both bedrooms have SmartTVs and queen beds. We had a great stay, never felt unsafe while there and we were walking around outside at night in the area. I would book again if I need a place in Tampa.

Very Clean With Good Space

Our stay was very nice, the unit was extremely clean and fully updated. The property manager was very prompt when responding to messages.
