My place is in West Tampa, one of the oldest neighborhoods, located West of the Hillsborough River approximately 4 miles from Downtown Tampa and a few minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium and many other Places, Restaurants and Bars that you can explore in the surrounding area.

Great short term stay

This was perfect for my brief stay in Tampa. Easy in and easy out, especially since it was just me. Instructions were easy to follow and owner was easy and prompt to deal with.

Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient

The host is absolutely stupendous!!! The communication is five star; whether we needed to have a direct phone conversation or if it was more "convenient" to text, our host was accommodating. The location is "conveniently" within four or less miles to two shopping malls and a park to relax or play. Excellent eating establishments are also within quick driving distances. The loft is exceptionally clean and has all the amenities we needed for a few days stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the loft is gated for privacy to relax and enjoy one's stay. If anyone is looking for a lovers getaway, choose this location!!!

Tampa Concert Weekend

The property was perfect for our needs. We attended a country concert Friday and downtown Tampa on Saturday. The location was perfect and all the basics were covered at the property. A clean safe place to sleep and shower. The communication with the host was great!

Clean, Private, Lovely patio

This place was perfect for my day night trip in Tampa. I most appreciate the cleanliness, the feeling of it being private - the space is separate from the house and tucked in a corner - and the lovely patio / backyard for hanging out. Only feedback is there could've been a better stocked coffee pantry and some larger cups/glasses. Other than that, temperature was controllable and effective, bed was comfy, communication with host was straightforward. Nothing confusing about the experience either. Overall great experience!

Very good overall Check arrival was very smooth. The property manager is very responsive. Few minor things one is the bathroom faucet was not running very well and there’s missing out light bulbs but overall convenient and as stated on the listing would stay again.Thank you.

Private studio loft

Everything you need in your own private, back yard loft. Kitchenette had everything you needed if you wanted to make a meal. A/C and ceiling fan. Comfortable bed. Very close to airport. Host is on-site if you need anything. Highly recommend.
